1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our delivery partners for shipment.


2. Shipping Locations

  • SHOPPIFY currently ships across Kerala and outside Kerala.

  • Our products from SHOPPIFY are available for international shipping—bringing our collections to you, wherever you are.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

  • Kerala : 5-7 days

  • Outside Kerala  : 7-10 days

  • International  : More than 14 days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or orders above a certain value, as mentioned in the app.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, email, or app notification.

  • You can track your order status directly within the SHOPPIFY app or using the courier partner’s website.


6. Delivery Partners

           We work with reliable third-party courier services to ensure safe and timeless                    delivery of your orders.


7. Delays in Delivery

SHOPPIFY is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or lockdowns

  • Courier partner operational issues

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged product or if an item is missing, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos/videos of the package and product for faster resolution.


9. Address Changes

  • Address changes are allowed only before the order is shipped.

  • Once shipped, we will not be able to modify the delivery address.
